These details have been specially designed to provide an easily readable profile of a craft and so give a prospective
purchaser a good idea of whether it is likely to be of serious interest. As we do not (and indeed nor should we) carry
out a survey ourselves this profile does not attempt to identify areas of non-compliance with the B.W. safety
regulations lest a prospective purchaser is tempted to rely on this profile and not, as suggested below, employ his
own Marine Surveyor. In this case we are acting as Brokers only. The Vendor is not selling in the course of business
and where he has made a written declaration of clear title we as Brokers cannot and do not guarantee it. Whilst
every care has been taken in the preparation, the correctness of these particulars is not guaranteed. A prospective
buyer is strongly advised to check the particulars and at his own expense to employ a qualified Marine Surveyor to
carry out a survey.
